ZillowVERIFIEDEric has helped sell our home and purchase a new lake home. He also helped sell my parent lake home, a hard property to sell but he made it happen, and buy another lake home. He had to show us both a lot of properties over the summer of 2017. We are all in agreement that Eric is the best around. Eric is born and raised in Detroit Lakes so there isnt anyone that knows the area better then him. The sale and purchase for my wife and I took some time with a buyer backing out but Eric was there the entire time reassuring us things would work out in our favor.
