I had an unbelievable positive experience with Eric Lindsay. I interviewed other agents however, Eric showed up as a professional right from the start. On time well dressed, with a beautifully bound presentation Including his experience and what he could offer me if I hired him as my agent. Heads and Tails over anyone else that came to talk to me about this property! He knew his numbers re FMV and he was open to discussion about the fair market price with me (I'm a real estate agent) and this was difficult because there werent any other comps in my area for the size, sq footage, rent roll and the condition of my three family When asked, he made a great suggestion on one additional thing to do to put the property in the best light for showing. Eric was totally responsive He was excellent as the liaison between myself, the buyer and the buyers attorney. Erics follow-through was terrific, there was never a time I called him with a question that he didnt answer me and or send me an email right away. His team is also totally responsible, there were a few days that Eric was out of commission due to an illness during a critical time including the open house and they stepped right up. He also acted as the agent for the buyer as well as the seller and we had no problems with a conflict of interest. If youre looking to sell a home this is the real estate agent you want to use. As I stated, I have high standards due to years in real estate buying, selling, flipping managing properties and building specs and I was totally pleased with my sales price and time on market due to Erics knowledge and professionalism

We looked at around 16 homes in less then two months time. Once I found the home I wanted, the bank I was pre-approved with could not meet the sellers timeline. KC found me a Mortgage company that could meet the timeline, which made the seller comfortable with accepting my offer. The many open houses were conducted professionally and on time, always with adequate, inviting and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions the prospective tenants had. They even provided booties for the prospective tenants/staff to use to minimize the clean up from tracking in snow and ice melt throughout the property. I really appreciated his insightful guidance in developing the appropriate contracts for use as rental agreements and the screening and background checks they performed. I highly recommend Eric and his team. I will use them again to sell or rent my units.

Through it all, he demonstrated consistency and patience as we began talks with one lender and then completed closing with a different lender.
