Eric was patient and accommodating with our broad focus and shared new listings, and provided prompt feedback on places of interest and that we had visited. He was diligent about pulling disclosures and connecting with selling agents to gauge level of interest and strategize on potential approaches based on interest and specific location / market. On places we became more serious about, he provided meaningful comps and added his own color. Eric was patient, helped us prioritize, and didn't pressure us. We had gotten close to pulling the trigger on putting forth an offer for a few places, so Eric's guidance and process was very helpful in our decision making. Eric was spot on in terms of pricing guidance and offer details on the place we eventually made an offer on and purchased. After our offer was accepted and all the way up to the closing, Eric was helpful in managing the process and helping to negotiate / navigate the unique issues that came up on seller and lender side. Highly recommended and was a great experience working with Eric.

Eric Larson helped us to find the perfect home in Lafayette. In a competitive and fast-paced market, Eric was always friendly, patient, very thorough and never pushy. He is knowledgeable about the Lamorinda area, matching our needs to the right neighborhoods and homes to view. After seeing a home, Eric always took the time to engage in a conversation about the property to understand our thoughts and share his own ideas and knowledge, and helped us carefully consider each home we viewed based on our needs and goals. As homes came on market, Eric always took into consideration what we did or did not want in previous homes, so our time was never wasted. He is very responsive, and made sure when he was out of town or not readily available, that we had a channel of communication set up with his team who we could go to. There was zero pressure to bid on a home or push back on any of our decisions to not make a bid. However, if he had some knowledge of a home going way over our budget, he made us aware so we could move on. Even though Eric was the primary agent on the Paddy Kehoe team that we worked with as Buyers, the extended team were all great contributors to help us secure our new home. Paddy introduced us to an amazing Mortgage Broker, a true master in communication and follow-up, who worked with us early on to make sure we could move fast when we had an offer accepted. Eric and our mortgage broker were a great team, making sure any of our offers were thorough and that our loan approval was seamless. In this market, Buyers need someone fast but thorough to find a new home and put in a successful offer, and Eric definitely meets those needs.

We haven't had the best experiences in the past, so we went in with a bit of trepidation, and Eric pretty much immediately made us feel comfortable, was relatable, and I did not ever doubt he was being honest with us. He was accommodating when we wanted to view something outside his designated counties, and I'm very impressed with and grateful for how he was absolutely willing to field any questions we had or correspondence that needed to take place at any hour of the day. He was completely COVID-compliant, too -- his level-headedness made us feel comfortable enough to do a few in-person tours. He is very thorough, and if we conferred with him and ever needed more than the information available, he has a team of other experts available to call on for advice, and asks the right questions. I was expecting the search would continue for months, but this was a smooth process and we found what we were looking for quickly. ZillowVERIFIED Flyhomes made it easy to purchase our first home. My mother recently moved in with me and the house we were renting didn't meet our new needs. We decided instead of renting another place it was time to purchase our own home. Purchasing a home in the SF Bay Area comes with its own set of challenges, particularly having to compete with an abundance of cash offers from real estate investors. Flyhomes leveled them playing field, making it possible for us first-time homebuyers to make offers on par (sometimes better) than the investors. Besides the cash offer, one of the things I liked most about working with Flyhomes was that instead of working with 1 realtor, I had a team of specialists working on my behalf. This made every part of the buying experience quick and easy. Our primary contact, Eric, was amazingly responsive and always on top of things. The tour team made it easy to schedule home tours through the app and did the groundwork of contacting all the properties we wanted to see that day. Our finance specialist, Ami, was very knowledgeable and provided all the data we needed to make informed mortgage decisions. The only issue I had with the process is that the app sometimes didn't update with the latest info, and the document upload site doesn't give enough feedback on which documents still need to be uploaded. I've often heard buying a home is hard and stressful, but it's made a lot easier when you have a team at your back. I had a great time working with them to purchase my first home, I'll definitely use them again in the future.
