ZillowVERIFIEDEric was integral to being not only by the home of our dreams, but be able to buy it at an offer under asking price. Which is unheard of in this market! There were so many instances along the way that could have delayed or derailed the process. Because of Erics responsiveness and connections in the community we were able to avoid all of the pitfalls! Right away we felt very supported and and understood by Eric. He really understood who we are and what are values were and why the home we chose was so important to us. It is not a typical purchase because of many factors that had to do with the uniqueness of the home design. Eric was consistently positive supportive and optimistic even in times when things were tough. He is without a doubt the biggest reason we were able to buy this home and I am not sure it wouldve worked with any other realtor. Anyone considering Eric as a possible option cant stop looking now because youve found the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Integrity isn't just a fancy word, nor is it a catch phrase. It's a way of life. With 30 years as both a salesperson and sales manager, I've had sales crews up to 30 under me. The real estate industry has tons of "agents", but unfortunately, they have very few actual salespeople. My experience the last 20 years with "agents/brokers' has been SOURED to say the least. Lack of integrity, and ability are just the tip. Eric and I spoke at great length before I decided to bring him in. I vetted him like no one would believe. He is a ROCK STAR salesperson , that happens to hold a real estate license, which is EXACTLY what I needed, as do you. Selling is a philosophy. He get's it. He is ADAMANT about providing the best that can be brought to the table. He brings integrity, passion, ability, and a willingness to WORK FOR YOU to the table that most "agents/brokers" can only talk about. If you are buying or selling, it doesn't matter. In this world of widespread incompetence and lack of integrity, I would recommend this man to anyone. I don't give this review lightly. He EARNED it. He was willing, informative, passionate about HELPING, willing to actually LISTEN, responsive, hustling HIMSELF to a level of performance that is very rare.
