This the second home that I have sold, and have bought another home using Eric Kramps services. He has done everything I have ever asked of him. He showed my wife and I many many homes before we bought the one I live in now. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions we asked of him. I recently sold my mothers home and he gave me good advise on where I should price my home, and did a great job dealing with the negotiations with the buyer of my mothers home.
