Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2007, I've built my business on honesty, communication, and delivering results. Over the past five years, I've closed more than $70 million in real estate transactions, helping more than 140 clients buy and sell homes throughout Brevard County. In 2025, I ranked among the Top 50 real estate agents out of approximately 6,500 agents on Florida's Space Coast based on sales volume.

My business is built primarily through referrals and repeat clients. As a full-time Realtor, I intentionally choose not to work within a large team structure, allowing me to remain personally involved in every transaction from start to finish. While I utilize a transaction coordinator to manage paperwork and deadlines, all pricing strategy, negotiations, communication, and client relationships are handled directly by me.

Having lived and worked on Florida's Space Coast since 2005, I have extensive knowledge of Brevard County's diverse communities, including beachside, waterfront, luxury, condominium, investment, and first-time homebuyer properties. I also have extensive experience with VA, FHA, conventional, and Florida housing loan programs.

Before real estate, I was drafted by the New York Yankees in 1996 and spent three seasons playing professional baseball in the Yankees organization. The discipline and work ethic I developed continue to shape the way I serve my clients today.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy landscaping, collecting tropical palm trees, staying active, and following the New York Yankees and Penn State football. My wife, Ellen, is also a full-time Realtor, and together we're proud parents of Michael, Hailey, and Dylan.
