ZillowVERIFIEDEric was absolutely wonderful!! He was extremely patient and worked with us for over 15 months helping us find our perfect house. He definitely looked out for us and pointed out the good and bad in the dozens of houses we looked at. I really appreciated him not trying to pressure us into buying something that wasn?t perfect for our family. I cannot recommend enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Eric for the both the sale of our home and purchasing our new home. Eric had our first home sold within just a few hours of it hitting the market because he already had buyers lined up. After selling our existing home, Eric started looking at new homes for us. Eric was both knowledgable and extremely patient while we searched. Eric showed us a great deal of homes within a 15 month period and not once did I feel rushed during this process. We told Eric what we needed and he spent countless hours finding exactly what we wanted. Eric made sure that we were fully aware of the type of home we were buying each time we stepped into a showing. We couldnt have been more happy with Erics efforts during this entire process. I highly recommend Eric rather you are buying or selling, I promise you wont bedisappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED After moving back to farmington, I was in search of a home. I had contacted Eric about a place I had seen but it had sold. I give a brief Description of what I wanted in a home. Erick spent a lot of time putting together homes that best matched what I was looking for with a brief description of what I wanted in a home and after looking through them I found the place! Eric contacted the seller and helped negotiate the price and also gave helpful information about what to exspect from home inspection, bank documents and title company. He has a great knowledge of the business and what should take place when buying a home. There was never any problems reaching him and he could always answer any questions I had. Awesome home purchasing experience!! Thanks Eric!!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric was extremely professional. Knew every detail about every house we looked at. And we looked at many. Eric also went above and beyond and did way more work then was needed when we were bidding and counter bidding with sellers. I will not use another realator again besides Eric when I buy another house. He is the only realator I ever recommend to anyone search for a house or looking to sell a house. He answered his phone late at night when I called him about questions and appointments. And several times while he was out on field trips with his kids or spending time with his family. He is honest and will not beat around the bush when it comes to a house. We looked at a couple house that we were interested in and due to his vast knowledge of construction and our needs in a home he would stop me after looking at it and tell me, this is what your looking in a house and I don?t feel this one fits you the best and had other house already lined up for us to looks at that always beat the first ones. Amazing realator and will work hard for anyone looking to sell and buy to make sure your happy with your finally decisions and not regret your choices later.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric went above and beyond in helping us with our first purchase. Infact I am pretty sure he knew more about what we wanted and needed than we did. he was so very patient and honest with us. I recommend him to everyone because the process of purchasing a home is rough but Eric keeps it running smoothly and forward. Always.
