ZillowVERIFIEDEric did an outstanding job for selling our house. His expertise of the geographical area the comparative market value was instrumental in the listing price of our house. He was very friendly and responsive to any of our questions and replied immediately. He was very involved in every aspect of the house listing, sale and closing up to the last stage. I would certainly seek his help in any of my future needs and also whole heartedly recommend him for any of support needed for your home buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED We cant recommend Eric highly enough! He made the entire process of selling our home smooth and stress free from start to finish. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, our house sold on the very first day with a cash offer! What really sets Eric apart is that his help didnt stop after the sale. Since were relocating out of state, he went above and beyond by connecting us with an excellent real estate agent in our new area, as well as a fantastic lender who made the home buying process much easier. Eric was always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart. We are so grateful for everything he did for our family and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Eric, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric Jurmo has been an absolute pleasure to work with in selling our home. He is knowledgeable about the area we were selling in and in the areas we are searching inaEUR"from the East side to the West side. He has been responsive, understanding, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. At one point we took our home off the market temporarily and he hung in there with us advising us along the way. We would without hesitation recommend Eric Jurmo to be your real estate agent whether you are selling, buying or both!!

ZillowVERIFIED What can be said about these real estate professionals. The support this team provides is bar none. My agent Dee Dallas will not only give you same-day responses to your concerns, she literally becomes submerged into your search with zealousness and passion until you close on your new home.I want to thank her and this team for the months of support. For allowing my family to be my eyes and ears when I would travel and for the multiple can I see it again visits that were openly welcomed.Much appreciation.

ZillowVERIFIED The Team OVER MET Expectations!!! After saving us from Ch13 during Covid Crisis House Sale from My children and I home, the team is no wonder called Platinum. The limited transportation and showings allowed the staff to work remotely, car pooling and paper work Admin duties at the property. Was extremely relieved when Eric/team diffused the personal dogmas of divorce and while it did not discourage business/closing even with the emotions of not so fun home sale. 5/5 Thank you Baulch Brothers for the referral. Felt only property feedback, pointers and review - non personal judgements, gr8 experience...

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish. my experience with the Eric Jurmo team was exceptional. Timely communication and updates were always provided. All actions and issues were handled in a professional manner. The professional photographer presented the home beautifully. Ryan my agent and Kassandra's support pro are some of the best. What I experienced was not a real estate agent selling my home it was a sales team of professionals focused on listing, selling and closing as soon as possible for a realistic selling price. Very happy.

ZillowVERIFIED I was the executor of my loved one's estate and was tasked with selling a condo. I was also living out of state. Sold by Team Eric - Keller Williams were exceptional in their service delivery. All of my contact was by phone, text and email. A special shout out to Kassandra Thompson and Eric Emig who educated me on the process and were always prompt in their response to my questions. They were sensitive to the fact that I was out of state and that I was very uncomfortable with not having face to face contact. Their availability and professionalism gave me comfort in moving through the sale. All transactions were smooth, fast and to my convenience. I have bought and sold homes in the past that have not gone as smoothly as this transaction. I would like to thank the Sold by Eric Team for making this process understandable and comfortable from afar. Everyone did a great job and I would highly recommend this team because of their professionalism and timely work.
