When my husband and I first decided to put our home on the market, my husband was very hesitant on hiring a real estate agent thinking we could do it on our own. I reached out to Mr. Jimenez to get general information about selling our home. He responded almost immediately and started doing research on our home and location. He met with us a few days later and had everything lined up for us, from the estimate value of our home considering the area, he provided us with honest advice and selling tips. Luckily, my husband decided to give it a try with a real estate agent; Mr. Jimenez posted our home that same day. After maybe 4-5 home showings to our surprise (and everyone else we know), Mr. Jimenez was able to get our home under contract in 8 days of being listed!! We were definitely not prepared to sell that quickly but he rapidly calmed our fears and immediately assisted us with searching for a new home. He recommended we get pre-approved with Expedient Mortgage (this place deserves its own review- WOW-, they're awesome!). When we found our now new home, Eric helped us put in the offer, negotiate the home price, seller concessions, and submit any repairs that were needed. The entire process from selling to buying was a breeze. He stayed in direct contact at all times (via email & text). Do yourself the favor, save the headaches and hire Eric Jimenez!!

I called Eric to list my home and within a few hours met with me and got it done. He was very friendly and even gave me some pointers as to how to better showcase my home. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

My experience with Eric was definetly a great one. He knew so much about the property, and the neighborhood, and gave a top to bottom tour of the house. And he even let us roam freely around afterwards to get an even more personal experience. Talking to Eric is like talking to a friend. So overall he did his job, I do recommend Eric for anyone who is looking for a home.

When I contacted Eric I liked his attitude. He seemed knowledgable and ready to meet with me immediately. I was nervous about the whole buying process but he reassured me that everything would go smooth. He was patient with me because there were two properties I couldn't decide on. I've heard of horror stories when buying a home. But I was really pleased with how this went. Thanks Eric !!!!!

If youre thinking about listing your home and youre not sure which agent to list with, may I suggest that you list with Eric? While it might not seem that the listing agent matters, let me tell you aEUR" it does.Eric was not only helpful with making sure we understood the comps of the area but he brought out important details that we did not even realize. Using his exceptional eye for detail and photographic skills helped show our house as a standout from all the other listings. We did not even realized how different it was until we saw our house listing online. It MADE A huge difference and created numerous showings which sold the house in record time. Best part was got our asking price for it!
