ZillowVERIFIED Flew out from Colorado to get Erics help finding a home for my daughter and I. He and I were in contact for about a month 1/2, gave him clear criteria for what we were looking for. I mentioned a year to tighten down a home meaning we would buy within the year, as soon as we found a location and home. He didnt like this wording and texted me, aEURoedont mean to be a jerk but im not your guy, you can contact the listing agents and get them to let you inaEUR? basically saying he doesnt want to put in the effort if he has to wait a full year. I was being transparent and in no way did I think this would take a year. I bought a plane ticket, went out for an evening looking at a few homes and told him lets check out a specific area tomorrow ill get a hotel there (had been driving 7 hours). So now ive got to go find another realtor and start this process all over again. Plane ticket and hotel money complete waste. Completely unprofessional. Very cocky guy in person..terrible experience with this fellow
