ZillowVERIFIED Now that that the dust has settled, (Literally), I have time to write this review. Eric Ramsay Jr. represented my wife and I in buying our first home earlier this year. We quickly learned how stressful and competative the process of buying a home can be in this current market. Eric was awesome every step of the way! Every morning I would wake up multiple listings he would send me, which shows his dedication and attention to our individual needs. This is what distinguishes family owned businesses from corporate. And when we finally found our match, his guidance was extremely helpful. Thanks again Eric!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Eric Ramsay IV for the sale and purchase of our home. He went above and beyond to find us a perfect house in this highly competitive market. He is professional and efficient. As soon as we got an offer accepted he quickly put our house up for sale, got pictures taken, and an open house set up all within a day or two. He made sure everything went smoothly and was always available to answer any questions we had. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Eric. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further!! Your agent is here! Eric is the only agent I will ever use! He is truly on your side and makes himself available to at all times. His enthusiasm is unmatched! Eric goes out of his way to ensure your upmost happiness. I used him to buy my first home and sell a home. Both smooth and stellar experiences. He had my home sold in less than 2 weeks! It was a stressful time and he was there for me every step of the way. Even helping make sure my house was cleaned out and ready for sale when I couldnt do so. He listens, is trust worthy, & honest.
