He introduced me to a stager who was excellent in advising of furniture and personal items I needed to keep and get rid of prior to setting up for photographs. He called every few days to check on progress in sale prep. The house went on the market on May 24 and I had an acceptable offer on May 28th. He is the best agent I have had in the five home sales of my lifetime.

Once we decided to put the home on the market, the house sold sold within a week at full asking price! Eric then helped us quickly find a condominium that fit our needs perfectly. When we were interested in putting an offer in on a house that was in a suboptimal location and had design elements that would make resale extremely difficult, Eric was quick to point these things out rather than urging us make an offer, even though it could have been a quick commission for him. He is a thorough, honest, and truly caring agent that wants you to get the most out of what will likely be the largest purchase of your life.As a first time homebuyer, I have no basis for comparison, but from some of the horror stories I have heard about other agents, I would definitely do business with him again in the future and also recommend him to family and friends!
