ZillowVERIFIEDI KNOW I can't be the only one thinking this but my goodness! Where to even begin w Eric Hofer! If you're looking for a realtor, DO NOT LOOK FURTHER. Eric is the best! When my fiancA(C)e and I took a leap and moved to Idaho a few years ago, Eric was the first realtor that we felt connected and safe w selecting to help us navigate buying our first home and boy were we right on the money! Eric made our buying process SO easy and helped explain things to us as new home buyers that we would have not known had it not been for him. It all went so seamlessly and we were able to purchase the home we wanted even though the home had several offers higher than ours. Luckily for us, he navigated that so well and we came out on top. FAST FORWARD 3 years later and here we were making our next big leap--- selling our first home. Once we decided to sell, we knew that we had no other option but to go back to Eric because of the great experience we had the first time. We had no doubt this was the right choice and we were right! Here we were, again, not knowing the process of selling or how it all worked and he swooped in like the hero once again. Eric was attentive, listened to our needs, but also wasn't afraid to share his recommendations and the "why" behind them. As a curious mind, I never had any questions because they were always answered ahead of time, his proactive nature is stellar! He kept us informed throughout the whole process, kept things moving along , and spent more time with us than I'm sure other realtors would do. We can't thank him enough ! PS. His team is also so amazing! They made sure things got done efficiently internally and signings went SO quickly and w/o a hitch . Their marketing is unbeatable and absolutely gorgeous! ZillowVERIFIED This was our second time using Eric for buying a home. Eric is phenomenal! He is extremely responsive to questions, usually immediately texting or calling. He always makes you feel like you are his only client, even when you see that he sold another house, at the same time, in two days! Our transaction was very tricky with acreage and numerous hurdles. He had to drive quite a distance to meet us, often in horrible traffic, but was always there. He is with you from showing the house to signing your closing docs with the Title company. We had never experienced that before. He becomes a friend that we literally trusted our future to. This was our 5th home buying venture and I have never trusted a realtor more, and felt less stress, than with Eric. He takes the anxiety out of the whole process. ZillowVERIFIED We met Eric in Boise in December, when we were first talking about a move from Eugene, OR to Meridian, ID. He was open and friendly and offered resources to aid us in narrowing our search for a new home. Our home in Eugene sold almost immediately and we had to speed up our search. In early February we toured with Eric to see properties we'd ear-marked. Three of them dropped off the market that day. The home we selected was only on the market the day we were touring. It was identified through the links Eric provided through his server. We added it to the "list," Eric made an appointment and we offered the next day. Eric had also helped us get "pre-approved" for a small mortgage. Our initial offer resulted in a contract. We returned to Eugene and began the process of packing and planning. Eric graciously handled the Idaho process: including appraisal, inspections, corrections, and negotiations for moving into our new home. He called regularly and kept us up to date on each step. I have no trouble giving Eric Hofer five stars! His service is excellent, he's easy to talk to, understands market, responsibility and demonstrates follow-through!
