He knew our home buying area well so he understood why even moving a short distance away would be difficult for us as our lives really revolve around the area we live in. We had a lot of questions about selling as this is the only house we have ever owned. He did the research to figure out how much our house is worth which really helped us in our decision process. If we ever do decide to sell and purchase a new property Eric will be the one we go to. I also feel comfortable in suggesting him to family and friends who are looking to buy/sell.
