We sent in an inquiry late Saturday evening, Nick Lang responded quickly and offered to show us the property early Sunday morning before we left town. Yes a cold, rainy Sunday morning. Nick showed up with a smile on his face, he was very knowledgeable and knew the particulars regarding the property. We explained our vision, our budget and that we needed him to have our backs and fight for the best deal possible. Nick went to work & helped us get the price we wanted. Everything went smoothly until the seller mislead All of us regarding specifics on the property which delayed our closing over a month and a half after the original closing date. Nick was a Champ, he went to work to smooth out this issue and he listened to our frustrations. Finally we ended up re-negotiated the purchase price and just like that we closed escrow.
