Review I cant say enough good things about Lori Catero! She introduced me to Lake Havasu several years ago and helped us find and purchase our first home. We have stayed in contact with her since and every time we have asked for her to show us property, she has done so with a smile and within a day or two--including friends of ours. I happened to ask her to visit a property with us and she did so and pulled several other properties to look at. We weren't serious at the time, but one of the properties she showed, happened to be exactly what we wanted. We wanted to make sure this was the right property and she immediately set up our visits with no hesitation. Lori knows the zoning, i.e., is the area piped for natural gas, and other significant house details. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited in helping us every step of the way. Review I didnt work with Caitlin; however, I did work with, in my opinion, one of the greatest real estate agents in Lake Havasu City, Brett Sterling. Brett REALLY went out of his way throughout the process giving my wife and I the VIP treatment. We visited Lake Havasu City for the 1st time early April 2025 and fell in love with the area, Brett was right there to coordinate and show us 5 or 6 properties during our stay. We text/phoned him with various questions even on his personal time and ALWAYS very up beat/happy to respond/answer our questions. Once we put in an offer in to be to then be accepted Brett totally dug in and got busy, making us feel like we were the most important clients. Brett knowing we were out of the state, took care of many of our responsibilities by facilitating our inspectors and meeting them at the location for us as our personal representative. Working with Brett made us feel comfortable as if he was an old friend looking out for our best interests. I really cant say enough about Brett, what an incredible individual with a huge heart and soooo trust worthy. This home in the Havasu Foothill Estates was purchased 8 years ago as a dream retirement homeaEUR|.well grandkids kept us in So Cal. and we would go back and forth! With that said and as bittersweet as it was, we decided to sell. I met Eric in the neighborhood about 6 years ago and I could tell right away as a young man he was on his way to becoming one of the premier if not the best in the real estate business in Lake Havasu! When we decided to sell, the only clear choice to represent us was Eric and his team. When we called him, he along with his associate Symphonie came right over and presented us with a strategic business plan to sell our house. He was innovative in the presentation and showed us all the social media venues the house would be presented on. We listed the house with all the custom furniture included and it was model ready.
