Eric has an outstanding knowledge of the local market and has some great references as far as lenders, closing offices and home inspectors. The financing my wife and I were trying to get created it's own problems, though Eric wasn't extremely familiar with trying to obtain fha financing on a manufactured home, he always had a quick answer to our questions. If he wasn't sure when asked he would find out. I can't express how satisfied we are with the service he provided. Eric was never pushy and never tried to talk us into a house that we weren't interested in, as others had. I truly believe that had we not found Eric and used his recommendations my wife and I would not be in the home we are today.

As buyers we were picky and difficult to please, Eric never complained once and just did everything he could to help us through the process. We had some difficulties with the seller doing what they agreed to do and when we had reached the point of just giving up to get the process over he continued to fight for us and make sure it was done right. If we ever need an agent in the future or know of anyone that does you can bet that it will be Eric.

He helped us with offer twice, the inspection twice, and well inspection twice. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and even let me vent some to him without complaint. This was a year long process that he stayed on top of. Even after purchasing the house he called, and helped me set up a warranty that came with the house. I will always recommend him, and use him in the future if decide to purchase again.

We were going to be in the Springfield area for 12-13 days wanting to look for a home, Eric Figg responded right away, and only one of the other two made contact 2 weeks later, and the other never did. In the 4-5 days we spent looking at homes with Eric, he showed us 45+ properties; we made offers on 3 homes resulting in the purchase of our home in Nixa. ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home in a small quiet town. Eric was our realto through the process. After finally finding the one to call ours, we put in our offer and was accepted. Just before it was to go to table, we were called away on a job furlough to NY. Eric set the stage to be completed via overnight mail. He kept in constant contact about everything that was going on with it. If something came up (and it did) he jumped right in and solved the issue at hand. We finally got everything lined out and our work got an extension for another 2 weeks, which meant that we would not be here to finalize. Eric saw that everything was finalized here and was our keyholder for our new home. It was in the middle of the Missouri heatwave and Ericand ourselves worried about the house. We were able to turn the electric on via phone and Eric came over and set the thermostat and checked frequently on the home until we arrived. He was waiting that evening on a Saturday with keys in hand. Even after we were moved in, Eric has either stopped in or called to see how things were going. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Eric to anyone buying or selling. The realtor is more than just a realtor, Eric cares about people who put their trust in his hands. We love our realtor, our God send. I had no prior knowledge of his work history or experience, nobody had recommended him and I wasn't even looking for a real estate agent. Man am I glad I found one though. I had never house hunted before and he made everything so easy by setting up a client portal for me that even I could easily follow with my lack of technology skills. I told him my price range, he stuck to it, and was readily available to show me anything I was interested in. He gave me great advice, and made buying my first home a wonderful experience as opposed to the nightmare I hear it can be.
