He took the time to meet with us and show us a number of properties over the next year, none of which were "the one" for us. In June of 2015 we went to look at a home on Eric's recommendation, and it ended up being literally everything that we were looking for! We made an offer on the house that was quickly accepted by the seller, after which Eric expertly navigated us through the closing process. He helped us both to keep calm even though there were a few potential hiccups along the way. Eric knew exactly how to handle all the situations that we encountered, and we closed on time!Our next hurdle was selling our townhouse. Again we chose Eric to guide us through the process, and he worked hard to sell our property quickly. Our townhouse went under agreement about 3 weeks after we listed it, and with Eric's guidance we closed on time and without incident. The suggestions that he offered with respect to how to best prepare the property for the market made all the difference. He scheduled showings around our schedules, which again was not an easy task and led us through every tour with information, suggestions, opinions and questions for us. He made sure the properties we saw were along the lines of what we were truly interested in, and also suggested some properties outside of the box (but didnt push if we werent interested). Both my husband and I felt comfortable with Eric throughout the entire process. We have met with a couple other realtors when we first began the search and Eric, to us, just seemed real. He didnt fluff things up to make them better than what they appeared. He was able to hold conversations and was personable, and truly made the whole process an enjoyable one even including the closing process.
