As long as he is in the game, wed never use anyone else. Eric is great about making you feel as if youre his only client while in reality juggling multiple things on the day-to-day. He always seems to know someone to refer for anything needed from pest control to HVAC ect. ect..and his referrals have always taking care of us and not taken advantage of our wallets! He is very knowledgeable on the area, what neighborhoods fit what needs, laws, regulations and things we wouldnt normally have even thought of.
