ZillowVERIFIEDWe engaged Eric to sell our house with the understanding that his team would handle things in our absence as we were leaving MN. They were unresponsive (taking multiple days to get back to us or not getting back to us at all), disorganized (relegating us to work with a junior realtor "Derc"), unprofessional (firing their administrative help in the middle of our deal and leaving all of her for us unfinished), and ultimately unsuccessful (unable to get decent offers within the time frame). Our experience of their network was that their recommendations for people to handle things were expensive, slow to respond, and lacking in attention to detail. Their recommendations did not benefit us, their clients. I assumed that the recommendations must have helped Eric/Derc and their own network. Fulton Realty do not offer the attention to detail, market knowledge, pro-activity, creativity, and skill of other realtors; I recommend going elsewhere for a more professional team that honors and understands their fiduciary responsibility. At the very least, get yourself a realtor who you can get away from eventually. Beware their lack on negative reviews; they actively get negative reviews taken down on social media.

Eric did a great job navigating many of the challenges of 2020 including COVID restrictions and the competitive market. Plus, this was our first home and Eric was excellent at guiding us through the entire process from showing to closing. His knowledge of the various Minneapolis neighborhoods is impressive and he pointed us to pros/cons of potential houses that I wouldn't have thought about. I highly recommend Eric. It was an absolute success story, and we sold quicker (offers within a week) and at a higher price than I expected, especially given all of the uncertainty this summer. It doesn't take long talking to Eric to gather that he is very knowledgeable of the process, as well as many of the nuanced details that come up. Eric basically managed the entire remodel of my condo before we sold, from what materials that were selected, the contractors, what made sense to replace in order to gain the greatest return...Honestly, I am so thankful that I could trust those decisions with Eric and didn't have to deal with them myself (which I'm sure I would have over-complicated). Eric helped me sell a single family home in South Minneapolis in December 2018. I gave him the keys and got out of his way. He organized the painting, repairs, staging, etcaEUR|the costs of which were below market as he has a network of people to do the work. He lined up about 20 viewings before the house was even on the market, and it was only on the market for 5 days when we received two offers, both for the full price. The best part of Erics service is Eric himself. He is humble, kind, and works fast because he genuinely loves real estate and helping people. We met Eric by chance when he was with a previous company, and used him to purchase a house back in 2013. We were so impressed by his knowledge & responsiveness that we hired him again in 2018 to sell our house and purchase a new home. He has since started Fulton Realty and his services offered have only improved! He has some of the best contacts in the business -- from the photographer taking photos for our listing, to the staging consult he included, to the inspectors he trusts, all the way down to the contractors he uses for repairs to HVAC, electric, plumbing, etc. Many of his contractors have now done work for me also and I have been nothing but impressed by their honesty, reasonable pricing, and quality work.
