Thank you guys so much!! We wouldnt be in our dream home if it wasnt for you guys!! ??
ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a wonderful experience it was selling my house with Eric Eck! Eric and his wife Tatum make an awesome team to meet all the needs a home seller might need. They are very responsive, have great market insight and are willing to put in the extra time and effort to make sure their clients are well taken care of. Together they bring not only real estate expertise but also great design ideas to make the home look great. Eric and Tatum both worked with me at the house to prep the house before listing to ensure it was well presented which resulted in a quick and positive sale. I highly recommend working with Eck Properties on your next home transaction, you will not be disappointed.
ZillowVERIFIEDEric and his wife, Tatum are an absolute amazing team. The time they took with me and my husband and our daughter and her husband while helping them find their first home was beyond appreciated. Eric and Tatum were so patient in seeking out and researching homes in not only the appropriate price range, but also would not let us "settle" if they sensed the location or home wasn't absolutely perfect for our kids. They also were completely accommodating to our schedule, oftentimes dropping whatever they were doing in order to make viewing a home most convenient for us. Basically, Eric and Tatum treated us like family, and that trust speaks volumes when making such a big life decision.

ZillowVERIFIEDEric and his wife Tatum were nothing short of exeptional with helping us find our first home. We did not just get one realtor when using them we got two! One of them was always available whenever we wanted to look at a house or to take a phone call to discuss a house we had already looked at. They were extremely personable. They made us feel as if we were there only clients. There goal wasnt to sell us a house, it was to find a perfect home for us. If you are looking for someone to help find you your dream home, I highly recommend giving them a chance. You will not regret it!
ZillowVERIFIEDEric was great to work with. He took the time to go through each of the homes we were interested in looking at and view them through our eyes. It was a pleasure working with him and now we are enjoying our new home!

ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not be more thrilled with our experience when working with Eck Properties. With their help we were able to find a house in our budget that we love and will make our home! They gave us thoughtful advice and excellent guidance on what we needed to do to sell our previous house for the price we needed to buy our new house! They have great knowledge about the market and what sells. It was amazing to me how responsive and flexible they were, answering questions and having showings on the weekends and in the evenings. This is a very enthusiastic team that is really out to help people. So glad they had patients while working with us, as I often felt I was asking aEURoesillyaEUR? questions. It greatly relieved the stressfulness of selling and buying a new home knowing they were there to answer any questions we had no matter what the question and always had our backs! Anytime we had doubts we were reassured by them. I am still in disbelief of how smoothly, quickly (16 days) and stress free selling and buying our new home went. I would recommend Eck Properties to anyone. They are truely special people who are in this business to help other be happy!! They find joy in seeing others joy and happiness! Thank you Eck Properties!!
