When my wife and I decided to sell our property in Hume, Virginia, there were challenges. We wanted buyers who would continue to have an operating farm on the property, e.g., accepting ownership responsibilities for livestock. Friends in the community recommended Eric Diello to act as our agent. Eric became intimately familiar with all aspects of the property aEUR" house, barn, guest cottage, livestock operations, etc. He showed the property to a host of potential buyers using his own utility vehicle for transport around the entire property including pastures with livestock and large guard dogs. He identified ideal new owners, facilitated the transaction by introducing the potential buyers to financial institutions that met their needs, coordinating closing activities with a title company and listing and selling their property as precursors to buying our property. Eric was a relentless advocate for our sale and has remained engaged well after the sale closed introducing the new owners to members of the local community. Our transaction was challenging.
