Review Eric himself was condescending and definitely not helpful. He did not answer any of our questions and when we did bring up any issues he would get very upset and reactionary. The problem here is that we were the buyers and he was also representing the seller. He seemed to only have the sellers interest in mind. Thankfully his assistant would at least respond to our inquiries in a more professional manner
