My experience with Eric Cudmore as my Agent was not just successful but left me blown away. Eric has the professional experience that made it possible to close on time. There were historical issues that required research which was successfully taken care of by the Lawyer Eric selected as my representative. AnotherI hurdle discovered was that I purchased the wrong smoke detectors with one week till closing and needed a hard wired system. Eric made one call in my presence and his electrical contractor said right then that he would have the job done on Tuesday Job was inspected and approved by fire department a day later. I could go on and on but one point that also made the stress minimized was Eric always returned my call if not answered immediately. Eric is hard working but when he is unavailable his associate covered for Eric flawlessly.
