ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with 2 other realtors before meeting Eric. He was by far the most dedicated to our needs. Eric was very flexible on meeting times and patient with us as we looked at about 30 houses before finding our perfect match. Once he knew that we found the house we really wanted to buy he was relentless in closing the deal using his local relationship with the seller. He did a great job to follow up with all parties on the paperwork to make sure the closing went through as fast as possible. We didn't pay a penny more than asking price and he didn't stop working even after the deal was closed. He helped us get reimbursement for some of the closing costs through special gov't programs and money back from the seller for minor repairs.
