Review I was immediately impressed from my first meeting with Eric and his partner Lindsay. Their marketing plan was comprehensive. They gave me good direction on how to prepare the house to get it ready for market. Eric was ready to go the extra mile including some furniture moving as we staged the house for brochure photos. As we moved through a somewhat tricky sales process since my house was being sold primarily to first time buyers at a high price Eric's expertise helped me navigate the process. We secured an offer at asking price within 1 month after opening. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone looking for a realtor in the DC metro area. As a bonus the rest of the Wydler Brothers team from Emma in marketing to Kasia our closing coordinator were warm, professional and responsive.

Review Eric was our realtor when purchasing our home in Rockville in May 2018. He was absolutely wonderful! He had extensive knowledge of the Rockville and Silver Spring areas and was able to provide expertise of the market. He was always very prompt in returning emails and calls and was able to be available on short notice when we needed to see properties. In addition, his skills as a negotiator saved us nervous first-time home buyers from offering too much money. He navigated us through a difficult and complicated settlement with patience and skill. He protected us throughout the process truly went above and beyond what any home buyer could expect. We cannot more highly recommend Eric Brooks!

Cash contract with a builder November 20, 2017 3. Settlement January 9, 2018 Eric is a walking, talking marketing machine. His nine years in real estate equals Old School Sales: he schedules one-on-one personal appointments; promptly returns phone calls, text or email messages; and networks with the top real estate agents. I received weekly sales activity reports and digital notification for every agent visit. We moved to Florida in September and Eric became my partner in absentia. He understood my angst at selling the home I'd purchased in 1983. Whether he stopped in to blow leaves off the deck, set up an Open House or show my property, he was 100% reliable. He's smart, assertive, dependable and has a great sense of humor. He's made me smile--all the way to the bank!

He made the cumbersome home buying process very easy by working hard from day one. Review Eric presented me with homes that could suit me for location, price and lay-out, and some that did not, and together we found the home I felt was right. At that point Eric's professionalism was top notch, negotiating on my behalf and seeing to all the details necessary for purchase (the seller had not listed yet and did not have an agent so Eric assisted both sides when it was needed). He is very personable and I looked forward to our expeditions, and always felt he was examining the properties carefully for me.

Review Our house buying process that was handled by Mr. Brooks went as smoothly as we have possibly experienced anywhere (have property in other countries as well) - from finding properties, visiting properties to making offer and settlement.Eric's knowledge of our area - and wider - helped to ensure we got to see a lot of properties and considered a lot of criteria before we settled on our house. We looked at various properties for almost 1 year.He was patient and worked to identify what our specific criteria was during our search. Patient enough to come out on holidays and weekends to show us properties.Would we work with Eric again? In a heartbeat - house hunting can be long, but with someone who knows the buyers side and sympathizes with it, house buying became a fun process for my family.
