ZillowVERIFIED Eric did an outstanding job selling our condo in Bay Harbor Islands. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, reliable, and knowledgeable. He spent months advising us before we were even ready to list, helping us think through pricing, timing, and the overall strategy so we could make the best decision. Once we were ready to move forward, everything felt seamless. Eric was always flexible and available, and his expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear every step of the way that we were in very capable hands. We are truly grateful for all of Erics guidance and hard work and wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric Broad came highly recommended by friends in the building where we currently reside. Eric has done an outstanding job representing me with my recent real estate transaction. To me, knowledge of the market and expertise in real estate is paramount, which is why we chose him. But with Eric, the added communication skills and sincerity that he adds to the situation never ceased to amaze me. I can't tell you how impressed I was with his sense of urgency on items that would come up and his constant diligence, accuracy and knowledge when negotiating on my behalf. In this business, especially now, I appreciate his integrity, honesty and work ethic. Qualities that can be very hard to come by in this industry. Eric, thank you truly for your hard work. You have made a lifelong client and friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Eric was nothing short of amazing (which is the word we reserve only for truly exceptional experiences). In January 2023, Eric masterfully guided us through the search for our perfect long-term rental in the North Miami Beach area. He made himself available on short notice and at all times, promptly responded to all our questions and concerns, dispensed helpful advice, prepared and executed the paperwork, negotiated with the landlord and building association - in short, he took care of everything from start to finish. We felt pampered and important. Do not hesitate to put your trust in Eric and give him your business - he will treat you as a friend while making sure you know your options and get the very best deal possible. Thank you, Eric - we are looking forward to working with you again when we're ready for our next real estate transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric was amazing. Our situation was unique (Ive had some health issues that have involved extensive out-of-state travel for treatment, etc, which made our schedules tricky and complicated) and he adapted, facilitated and went far above what we ever expected and frankly, far above what any other agent has ever done in the past. His patience and kindness made listing, selling, and closing simple and actually pleasant. Eric really had to work for this one - he literally had to empty and move our apartment for us because we couldnt be around - and his support was appreciated more than I can sufficiently express.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so thankful for Erics guidance and responsiveness! We will certainly work with Eric again when its time for our next move.I was referred to Eric by his cousin, a guy whos one of my best friends. aEURoeCousin EricaEUR? treated my wife and I like he wouldve treated his family. This was our first purchase, yet he was so patient and helpful. He never treated a question as if it was dumb aEUR" he only responded with his thoughts.I appreciated Erics style the most. He was very direct. Of the countless showings we did, there were certainly a few that were more than just a aEURoefixer upper.aEUR? Eric and I would crack jokes or have a laugh, then wed move on to the next. He never pushed us into anything. We just discussed the pros and cons, where my wife and I were in this chapter of our life, and our future plans.I think Eric setup 30+ showings across six or seven neighborhoods. He always made time for us. We certainly were not his largest purchase, yet he was willing to work with our busy schedule over and over again for nine months as we watched the market. We cannot recommend aEURoeCousin EricaEUR? enough, and we will certainly call him again when our life enters the next chapter. ZillowVERIFIED Eric is an excellent Realtor and we are so glad we chose him to sell our property. He is professional, fair, helpful and always there when you need him. He found us a great buyer really quickly however it turned out there were a number of administrative issues to overcome with our property which could have lost us the sale. Eric took care of everything, explaining issues that arose so that we could quickly resolve them. Thanks to Eric everything stayed on track and we closed as soon as was possible. Ours was a small property and over time it struck me that whether you are selling a huge mansion or a tiny condo, Eric would be just as brilliant with you. From the moment we walked into his office to the day of closing he was just fantastic.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric really helped my wife and I tremendously throughout the process of selling our home in Miami Shores. It was very difficult for us as we were attached to our home, and I admittedly was a skeptic regarding residential realtors. Happy to say Eric exceeded our expectations, and was able to negotiate a fair deal for all parties. As a real estate investor in other market segments, I have found a new appreciation for a sincere and professional residential agent. He was punctual throughout, making himself available on short notice, and his communication was spot on. Thanks again, Richard.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric has been an excellent realtor with all the follow through. He was working from day one to the day of closing and went beyond the call of duty. He spoke with the closing agent to get all issues resolved and kept me up to date with all request. Just before the closing an issue arose and Eric was on top of it to resolve it. I highly recommend Eric for the job that he did with all the follow through so the closing could occur.
