We we're pleasantly surprised to find out they depended on his experience during two major moves, so this further encouraged us of being in safe hands. Investing in our first home was an exciting step forward, yet overwhelming in some aspects. Eric alleviated any concerns, doing his job beyond expectations. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, engergetic, kind, patient, and prompt. Updated and checked in on us when necessary, with convenient communication. Never felt pressured to settle for something we scheduled an appointment to see. If the market discouraged us in any way Eric was there to frame out what to expect days or months ahead. House hunting during COVID-19 proved a unique hurdle, however the circumstance was handled with professionalism. His team genuinely cared about our needs throughout the entire process. Thankfully our perfect home was found, and we are happily settled in. The adventure was worth every moment and we've learned quite a bit along the way. ZillowVERIFIED Eric was one of the most thorough, professional individuals I have ever worked with. Eric can be trusted with just about any question you can conceive of related to home buying. If he does not know the answer, he finds someone who does. During the process, that was complicated to some degree by COVID 19, Eric was calm, deliberate, and strategic. Eric Adams was strategic all the way down to the route through which we would travel to view properties to ensure maximum time to review a place before and after the actual appointment. If you're thinking of taking a chance on Eric, do it! Working with Eric has been one of the best decisions in my adult life. He's also just a great guy to be around!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric is the best realtor we have ever used. He and his wife Robyn helped us every step of the way in selling our house. Our house was older (70s) and badly in need of repair and upgrading. Eric and Robyn initially met us at the house and spent a considerable amount of time looking over the house in order to advise us on which upgrades would be the most valuable. They even looked over my carpet and flooring samples! It took my husband and me a couple of months to do all the repairs and upgrades necessary. During that time we would hear from Eric occasionally asking how we were doing and giving us encouragement as it turned out to be a much bigger project than we imagined it would be. When we finally got the house on the market, Eric took charge of selling it. We were amazed at the depth of knowledge both he and Robyn had about the housing market and the selling process. He was in touch with us regularly and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. We ended up with several offers and sold the house for more than the asking price. Throughout this whole process, Eric and Robyn were such genuinely nice people. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric and his wife came in when we needed to sell and move out of state. He helped us through the entire process and made excellent recommendations on what we should and shouldn't do. While every home is different, he was able to assist in getting the best value for our house and getting the resources we needed to make it all happen. This was especially important to us because my wife was pregnant (and very sick) and the baby came two weeks early, right in the middle of the process. Highly recommend for these reasons and for being so easy to work with.

Eric and his team walked through our home with us before we put it on the market and made some important suggestions about how we might best market the home. The publicity Eric prepared brought a lot of people through the home and Eric and his team really helped to show our home to the best advantage. The advice we received was very helpful and we sold the home in a relatively short time at a price right in the range Eric suggested. ZillowVERIFIED I know it's hard to believe that someone (especially a realtor) could be all 5 starts but I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Eric. We saw house after house and knowing that we weren't in a hurry I thought for sure he would push us to the bottom of his priority list but I never felt like we were anything other than his #1 priority. He never pushed us or tried to sell us on a home we didn't want. He was patient and listened to our concerns and opinions until he found is the perfect place. I couldn't recommend Eric enough. He is kind, patient, prompt, on the ball, great negotiator, great teacher (buying a house is a whole new experience), and flexible! He met us on a whim and even took time out of his Saturday's to accommodate our schedule. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.
