Look for an agent who's willing to go the extra mile for you. Many buyers complain that they are the ones who send the homes to their agent they want to look at. Well, my question for you is, why are you still working with that agent? Look for an agent that is patient and will take their time with you to explain each step of the process. Don't settle for anything less than extraordinary!

I am extremely analytical, so I know the market. Many agents "feel" the market based on their own activity but can't actually tell you what's going on. Look for agents who can not only tell you where to price your home, how to get top dollar for your situation, but also can tell you how long it should take. Look for agents who will aggressively market your home to as many buyers as possible, not just the ones who present a salesy persona.

There aren't too many niches to specialize in in Lewis County so you have to be a jack of all trades. I have done everything from land deals under 50k to luxury estates just under 1M and everything in between, including commercial. Everyone's motivations for buying/selling are unique and I pride myself in serving each individual how they want to be served rather than one size fits all approach.

One of my favorite transactions was in December of 2019. I got a call from a desperate client as their home was heading to auction in January. Other agents brushed them off as hopeless, so they were down to the wire! I made a call to one of my investors who was able to close their home about 3 weeks later. Helping people is what it's all about and I think some agents have forgotten that, sadly.

I quit my comfortable state job in 2013 because I was drawn to real estate ever since buying my home in 2010. The cubicle life was not for me! Now, I get to explore our beautiful area, meet new friends, and deliver extraordinary customer service in a field dominated by sales.

Other than my real estate designations, customer service & management experience, I pride my self in my marketing knowledge.
