Review We met Enya more than a year ago at an open house during one of our scouting trips around Florida. She immediately impressed us with her easy going approach and knowledge of the local market. When our search began in earnest, her professionalism made our real estate search, and ultimate purchase, much more enjoyable and far less stressful than we would have imagined. She was always patient and supportive of our ever changing parameters and was hands on throughout the process. We have used 4 real estate agents over the course of the last 20 years; Enya, hands down, is the very BEST! Herb & Sue Annen

Review I never met Enya in person. We sold a house in Florida while we were out of the state. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently and timely via phone, text, email, and/or electronically. She was partnering with a our realtor from past transactions, Mr. Tim Kelm who was in the process of relocating himself. Their partnership couldn?t have worked better. Highly recommend both.

Review Working with Enya was a joy as she had fantastic local knowledge of the Venice real estate market. But more importantly she kept on top of what needed to be done as we went through the mortgage process, made more complicated by Covid-19, as well as helped with the inspection & working with the HOA to attend to an issue found in that inspection. Most importantly she was very responsive to my queries on many topics and provided substantive answers to questions I had about insurance, HOAs, home improvement vendors as well as property management firms. I have no hesitation in recommending Enya if youre looking to find a home in the Venice area.

Review Being 1200 miles away, its hard to keep an eye on your property. Enya contacted me with things happening on my property that my old property managers either didnt know about or chose to ignore. She informed me about what was happening and then made the process of absentee selling very easy.

Review Enya was extremely professional and stayed on top of every step of the purchase process. She kept in constant contact with me, the listing realtor, lender and title company to move the closing forward. She was very knowledgeable about the local area and even brought in contractors for rehab estimates. I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her.

Review ?Enya Overholser was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. This was the first time we had sold a property and she guided us through the process effortlessly. Being long distance sellers she very competently recommended and supervised all the different service people that we had working in our condo. Her attention to detail was very helpful when we weren?t able to personally be there. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property.

Review Enya is such a people person, so easy to work with and communicate with. The father of one of my friends referred Enya to us when my sister was looking for a realtor. She sold my sisters house. We were so impressed with Enyas professionalism and friendly manner when she was working with my sister that we decided to choose her for our realtor too when we decided to sell our house. It was a pleasure to work with you both times Enya. Thank you!

Review We just closed on our first home. Enya helped us from day one and was extremely helpful with her knowledge of homes and whether or not certain things could be an issue when we were at showings. It was easy to communicate with her about what things we wanted in a home which made the whole process of looking quite easy and stress free. She fought hard for us in our offers and she had a person to recommend for every part of the closing process, which made inspections and other things a breeze to get completed. Enya made us feel as if we were her only client.

Review Enya is not only highly professional, she is also a very sweet person with a great personality. She really listened to our needs and walked through houses with her phone in her hand to give us a live impression while being on the other side of the world. Finally we decided to buy a lot to build new. It was at the closing we met her in person for the first time. I can highly recommend Enya. She is dedicated to her customers and will always try to get the best for them.

Review Enya was awesome at helping us find a home within our price range. She sent me listing updates just about everyday, to keep me posted about new houses on the market. Anytime I liked a house, she set up a time for us to go view it as soon as possible. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process. She really went above and beyond with helping us and making the whole process feel easy going.

Review Enya went above and beyond showing me homes while I was in Florida and even when I was back in Pennsylvania over Skye. The home I purchased was one that Enya went and looked at while I was in PA, sending me a video so I could see it. She has still been helping since closing,
