ZillowVERIFIED Emory was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgeable about the local market and was able to assist us into getting in to a great home that works for our family and will be an investment for us. Emory was super easy to get ahold of and had open availability for looking at houses or asking questions. He got us in contact with a great lender and had excellent references for us to us for work that needed to be done. He went above and beyond by also answering questions for my grandfather who is selling his two properties. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable for our family to be able to make good decisions. We look forward to working with him in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Emory did a fantastic job helping us in our search for a home when we were moving from Lubbock. We had found a home and had began the negotiations (which he handled flawlessly) when THE home became available as a FSBO. Emory agreed to continue to represent us and made sure everything went smooth. He has even continued to help me out when I ask for suggestions on who to contact for updating projects in our home. I highly recommend Emory for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I have never left a negative review in my life, and truly hate doing it. I post this so someone doesnt have the same experience I did. I'm sure Emory is a great guy and a great realtor, but I would not use him for property management. He literally never posted the property on Zillow to get it rented out. Did nothing for 4 months. Ghosted my text messages. Passed off my property for someone else to manage, and he got it rented out without telling me. I never signed anything, agreed to anything, or saw any money. Thankfully someone else at their company was able to take it over and make it right. Again, I hate leaving a bad review. I just dont want someone to have my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Marks properties over market value. Not reliable, honest, or willing to put in the effort to follow up on issue. Buyer beware. Was told home had water and tested well on inspections even though it was NEVER hooked up. Was suppose to get info for a propane tank suppler but never did.

ZillowVERIFIED As cliche as it is to say, you really, really want the right person in your corner fighting for and advising you in this process; Emory is 100% your guy. We were first time home buyers and Emory couldn't have made it a better experience. He made the initial journey informative and manageable, he gave enough insight and advice to help us make the very best choices for us and our vision, and he helped in personal ways that went far and beyond the textbook expectations. He made it a very personable and helpful experience all around.

ZillowVERIFIED Emory is very knowledgeable of the local area and the complete home-buying process. He helped us find our place within a very short timeframe. My wife and I were visiting before a military PCS and only had a couple of days to find the right place. Emory Allen was dedicated to helping find the right place for us. He worked long days for us to be able to see a large variety of houses that we thought we were interested in.He coached us through the home buying process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He guided us through the multiple inspections and appraisal process. We had one house that was bought before we could make an offer on, but we kept pressing through and he helped us find the uniquely designed place that my wife and I both really felt at home in all along. For all of his efforts we are very grateful and highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone who needs a professional to help them find the right place!

ZillowVERIFIED Emory was not just your typical realtor, he went above and beyond. He assisted in showing properties in person and over the phone. He was very helpful, even helped with a few things on the house that needed to be fixed. Most realtors wouldn't do this, but he was one of a kind! We now have not only gained a house, but a new friend! Thank you Emory for going above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed the family home with Melody (Mel) Bush. I chose her over the other agents I interviewed because of her pleasantness and willingness to listen to what we wanted. She was gracious and did not badmouth any other agency or agent in town. She worked her schedule to fit mine.
