She was so patient and guided us trough whole process from finding the right place that works for our family all the way to the end of closing of our apartment. And this was all during this corona madness. She went above and beyond even personally delivering our paperwork while we were sick just so we can have our place as soon as possible. If we had a question (and we had a lot ) she always had time to answer or find out. Her response was always super quick .
