Emma suggested staging a couple of my rooms. I was a little apprehensive at first, but after seeing the photos, I was happy that she made that suggestion because I think it really paid off. ZillowVERIFIED Emma was amazing! She helped me sell my dad's house, which was an emotional process for me. Her knowledge of home prices in the area was excellent, and she was very realistic with the pricing. It wasn't what I wanted to hear after having received a really overzealous appraisal for the estate valuation, but she guided me through the comps and we settled on what turned out to be a spot on asking price. She held multiple open houses, which enabled us to get several offers at once. She then helped us negotiate with the best offer, and we ended up very happy with the deal we got. Emma also helped us with all of the necessary inspection responses, and was able to recommend contractors with very competitive pricing and excellent service.
