Jocelyn provided me the best hands off experience as a first time seller. She walked me through the entire process and had "a guy" readily available to come help fix any problems I had to get my house ready for market. (Painter, handyman, landscaping). She also staged and took beautiful pictures of my home as it was empty. Since I was already moved out and in a different city Jocelyn made numerous visits to my house on my behalf and took care of things for me to make the selling process so much easier.
