You're in good hands with Emma and her team. You sense this as soon as you meet her. There are many articulate and presentable agents out there but there are few that deliver and represent their client in the way that she does. She was always available for questions large and small. We are interested to buy this house so can not bring my own realtor they won't accept the offer If I bring my own realtor, she put us in a fear of losing offer.She made us sign all sort of amendment so we cannot back out of the offer.after we sign contract she treat us very badly as now she knows we can not back out of the contract I had a nightmare experience dealing with her as soon as she saw our Loan Approval over $450.000 She was trying to sell the House for $450.000 which is worth Only $350.000plus she refused to help us with any kind of service and offers.She never replies to any calls and Text messages. She is the most overrated Agent I have ever dealt with. She made double commissions . After our walk through and closing our house she and her son took plants from the back yard.

I had sold my previous home by owner, so was not persuaded I needed a realtor. I interviewed Emma on the advice of a mutual friend, and felt she would do a good job, but was still not sure I needed her. When I hired her, she grabbed hold of the sales process like a true professional, making sound recommendations for staging, wrangling contractors, and hiring a professional photographer, all of which made a huge difference in the process. She was detailed in her market assessment for setting a price that maximized what we could get without sitting on the market for too long. A few days on the market brought in three offers, two over the asking price. The experience was painless and over in a flash. If you want to sell your house for a great price in a reasonable amount of time, Emma cannot be beat.
