Had absolutely no problems with Emma and only have good things about her to say. Great awareness of local property sales (we were alerted of our now newly owned house within a few hours of it going on the market, which we'd never have been able to achieve on our own), especially those that fit our "vibe", which is essential in a market where numerous offers are drafted on houses within a day or two of them going on sale. Friendly, good communication and advice. She's the reason we're in the house we are today. Period.

Emma was so wonderful, from the minute I contacted her to show me houses, I knew she'd not only help me find my perfect home but that she would be the best partner alongside me for the entire process. It was a true blessing to have come across her. Emma did a great job working with for finding a house. We were matched with her by Zillow to show us two houses on our first day. After we told her what we were looking for she sent us over 20 listings that night for us to look at through the next couple days. We ended up making an offer on one of the houses and Emma kept us in the loop the whole time with what was going on and helped us with any questions or negotiations we felt like we should do. Everything ended up going very smoothly and I would definitely recommend Emma for anyone looking for homes in this area.

I took my chances having Zillow match me up with an agent since I didn't know one in the area. I'm so glad I did because I feel like I won the real estate lottery! From the very beginning, Emma was responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and so very accommodating. She gave me virtual live video tours when I was not able to travel, and when we did meet she scheduled tours so efficiently we were always able to maximize our time to see multiple homes in a short window. The market has been very strange during this pandemic and buyers have had to work harder with the low inventory of available homes. We had to maneuver several unique scenarios, but she advised us well and advocated for us always. In the end, we got the house that was absolutely perfect for us in every way and we couldn't be happier. What's even better is we have made a wonderful new local friend in the process.
