His patience throughout the entire process gave us so much confidence that we would find the right home when the time was right. Thanks to Emir, we found our dream home in our number one choice of neighborhood, something we had hoped for from the start. Review Emir had an extra challenge while selling our condo. Because we were out of town, Emir had to secure two workmen to do work required by our buyers. One evening, he was at our unit at 8:00 PM getting a closet painted. He attended to every detail and he is conscientious about informing all parties about important issues. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and oozes integrity.

Review Emir was great to work with from the first phone call through closing on the property. Awesome customer service always getting back to me within a few minutes. From listing to closing the property was sold in less than 30 days and selling at list price. Emir listed the property for more than I was originally thinking. Emir thanks for all your help and I would highly recommend Emir if you are in the market to purchase or sell a home in the Chicago area. Thanks for making the transaction so easy!

Review Emir was very helpful through a DIFFICULT online out-of-state purchase. Going through the lending process, with rates increasing at least daily, and an HOA that doesn't readily share information, Emir held the sale together. There were times it didn't look good. I'm very happy the closing FINALLY happened. The lender process was EXTREMELY challenging and Emir was always very positive and helpful. The attorney he works with, Aleks, was also exceptional. I'm grateful to Emir and Aleks that I have a place to live in Chicago. I didn't know anyone in the real estate business, and Emir answered through Zillow where I found the condo I purchased. The inspection, final walk through, and closing went well, and I was in Massachusetts the entire time. Thanks Emir and Aleks!

Review I had a great experience working with Emir--he was very friend and communicative and available for questions, and was very good at breaking the information, especially the numbers down in a way that I could understand. He recommended a mortgage company and real estate lawyer that were also very helpful and walked me through the entire process from start to finish.

Review Emir actively kept me in the loop throughout every step of the way. From the start of the pandemic, he was helpful in getting showings set up, safely. When I settled on which house to submit an offer on; his opinion was vital in making sure I was happy with the purchase and did not feel rushed because of the fast moving market. After my offer was accepted, he made sure to answer all questions and concerns I had throughout my first home buying experience.Emir is a fantastic agent and human being. Readily available at all times of the day and knowledgeable every step of the way. You almost feel as though you aren't using one of the best agents in the city to purchase a home. It's almost as if you are searching for a property with family.Couldn't be happier with my home purchase but I am even more satisfied with my decision to use Emir Vulic.

Review My wife and I are a "do-it-ourselves" kind of team, and we needed a real estate agent who let us search for a home at our own pace without pressuring us to buy. Emir gave us independence and freedom. We probably spent about a year searching for the right home, and when we finally found it, we reached out to Emir and was very helpful in the home buying process and explained all the steps we had to take. He shared his advice during the home viewings and he listened to our feedback and concerns. He never pressured us and offered his opinion when we asked for it. Emir was always responsive and we could reach out to him at any time. I would recommend Emir to represent you as your real estate agent, especially if you want to be in control of the search yourself. Highly recommended.
