Starting from preparing a list of properties for us to see based on our list of wants to face timing us a look at the lot we bought sight unseen. She managed our long distance relocation though all of the hurdles thrown at us from COVID and builder delays. She was always available to step in and contact our builder when we needed answers. ZillowVERIFIED Worked with Emily Wood recently on selling our home and on purchasing a new home. She has been very friendly, attentive and answers all our calls/texts. Emily held multiple open houses and advertised the sell of our home to the fullest extent. When looking for a new home to buy, she tool several of her weekends to show us around the Triad. I think she enjoyed viewing the homes as much as we did! We experienced a bad deal on a house we put in a contract on - inspection came back with several major issues. We were set to close on our home within a few weeks. Emily got the ball rolling on finding us another home, even under our tight deadline immediately. Thankfully, we found another within a week with Emily's efforts. Very personable. If you are looking for a Realtor that will work and fight for you, Emily is the one to contact!

Whatever she tells you, you better check it several times. She is still EXTREMELY NEW to home sales and has a great deal to learn. Be very cautious if you retain her. She worked with the NC DOT in helping us with a painless relocation due to the northern beltway project that is affecting many areas and at the same time she jumped in and helped my Dad who was in the same situation we was and found his new home.
