Emily Tupa is far and away the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have both bought and sold with her. On the buying end, she was honest and helpful, staying within my price range and not trying to boost it by $10k or $20k like other real estate agents who think "I'll find the money" if I really like it. She was patient as we looked at a lot of houses and when I found the perfect one she was helpful and supportive. So naturally, when I went to sell, I contacted her. She did a thorough market evaluation and recommended a really good price that I ended up getting. She took care of the details and all I really had to do was wait for the check. I cannot recommend Emily highly enough. She is professional, pleasant, and fun to be around. Looking at houses with her is an entertaining experience, and you are going to find one you love. I have never been to South Dakota in my life, and if youre military, you need this woman as your realtor.
