When we first started looking, she put us in touch with a lender who helped us quickly build our credit to what we needed to purchase a home. In a very competitive market, it seemed almost impossible to find what we were looking for in our budget. When our house finally came on the market, Emily was out of town. However, she took the time to make the calls and do what it took to get us an offer in in a matter of hours. ZillowVERIFIED I received an introductory letter from Ms McDougall in the mail one day. Usually I do not read letters like that, but I was in the market to sell my house and had already interviewed one realtor, so I read her letter to see what she had to say. I was impressed by what she related in her letter and decided to call her to come over and talk. She is very personable, but she is also very professional. She laid out a terrific plan for selling my house, one that I had never had before in house sales of the past:: all interested buyers and their realtor would come at a designated appointment time on one single day! Pictures were taken on Monday, she listed the house on Tuesday, then took reservations Tuesday and Wednesday. Twelve realtors and 13 prospecctive buyers came on Thursday. One offer came in late on Thursday, with 3 more on Friday morning! It was the best experience I have ever had when selling a house. She kept me informed as the contract requirements progressed. Closing went smoothly. She did an excellent job during the whole sale process. I highly recomment Emily McDougall! She is an excellent realtor!
