We reached out to Emily almost a year and a half before closing on our home, and from the very beginning, she was nothing but patient and supportive. My husband and I were all over the place - trying to figure out where we wanted to be, what type of home suited us, and how our budget lined up with what we were seeing during tours. We even took a few months off in the middle of our search to get married, and Emily never skipped a beat when we picked things back up. She balanced giving us space when life or the market got hectic and checking in regularly to send over listings she thought might interest us.
