As first time homebuyers, we had SO many questions going into this and throughout the process, and she was patient and helpful the entire time, providing detailed answers, advice, and suggestions. Along with her professionalism and expertise, she is just a really nice person and I genuinely enjoyed our time looking at houses and going through all the steps together. ZillowVERIFIED I personally would not recommend agent nor Realty team. Out of state buyer and placed our trust in agent for multiple areas. Agent had hired an inspection team for house, which improperly inspect both home and septic, costing me another spect inspection in the amount of 903.00, many items missed origin home inspection which led me to converse with inspector which he had to go back to home a inspect and update home report. Septic was not pumped for inspection. The leach field is wrongly displayed in their report , verified with 2 septic companys that the report /inspection was useless to tell me if tank is properly functioning. Emily also failed on numerous times to communicate my questions of concerns on many issues. She failed to show up to my 2nd septic inspection and again dismissed my asking her if she was at inspection, which the inspector told me no one was here at the home( we were out of state) Negotiations to other agents not relayed properly. Emily seemed more concerned with the sellers gain of transaction vs. our position in this transaction. Also find out after asking her is our lawyer she recommended us was also the sellers lawyer, conflict of interests and professionally wrong knowing she had done that but never answering the question when asked. With held information from us, her clients. I personally feel she lack her commitment to her clients and was unprofessional in many ways. I would not use her again or recommend her to buyers in the market for a home.

We went and checked out the home in person (it was getting built) a few days after I viewed it online. She also helped me inspect the home for any imperfections so that the builder could make the necessary changes. She is very personable and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I very much recommend Emily to help you with your search and other questions you may have (furniture store recommendations, etc.).

Emily was very patient with us and graciously walked and helped us through the negotiating and closing process. She is a go-getter and is willing to do what is takes to make the deal. At one point, we had thought the negotiations had ended because it appeared we could not agree on price and terms. Emily worked hard to restart the negotiation process. ZillowVERIFIED Emily was absolutely amazing to work with. I am so glad that she was there to help us with every step of the buying process. This was my husband and Is first time buying/looking for a home and she did absolutely everything for us. Emily found houses for us to look at based on our preferred qualities of a home, drove around with us to each house and showed us around (sometimes 6 houses in one day), explained everything that is involved in buying a home, and contacted everyone for us. She even connected us with absolutely anyone else that was involved in the buying process; from our lender, to the man that put up blinds for us, even to our movers. It was so relieving to have someone take care of everything for us so that we could really enjoy our new home. On top of how organized and helpful she is, she is also incredibly kind and caring. She is the only person I will be contacting for future selling or buying of a home and I highly recommend her. We are so thankful for all that she has done for us.
