When it came time for us to purchase our home this year, it was difficult for me as my grandmother had always been a real estate agent and therefore my agent. Since she had retired, I was a little nervous about finding someone I felt I could trust and would make me feel comfortable. Emily put any fears I had to rest instantly! She was a wealth of knowledge and had many great resources and recommendations. Right off the bat, she was able to help get me set up with a better lender than who I has originally been working with. She was responsive and truly made us feel like we were a priority, getting us in to see properties quickly, which is key in todays market. When it came to the purchasing process, she had great recommendations for home inspectors. Once we had found our home, she moved quickly to get all the paperwork done to get our offer in. She was very prompt with answering any questions we had as we went through the process and thoroughly explained things to us so we felt comfortable throughout our home buying experience. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is she is a stellar agent who cares about her clients and works for them. I highly recommend her and could never dream of using anyone else!
