ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Emily couldn't have been better. We had to purchase a home in Morgantown WV while we were still living out of state in IA. We only had one visit to house shop. In the few days we were in town, Emily took us to each of the houses we wanted to see. When we didn't find a house in those few days, she continued to organize virtual tours for us as houses popped up, never making us wait more than 24 hours after a listing was posted to see the house. Once she found us a house we loved, she also managed all of the logistics of closing for us since we were not available in person. She did everything from inspections to handing issues with our bank. As first time home-buyers, she held our hands through the process and made sure we understood what was going on and could make educated decisions. She worked in our budget, didn't rush us, but rushed for us in every instance. We will definitely reach out to her when it comes time to sell and buy again!

ZillowVERIFIEDEmily helped us sell our home near Cheat Lake. She was a pleasure to work with, professional, and very responsive. She helped with the preparation phase before we put the house on the market and we were under contract in about 2-weeks. We even had a major hurdle from the buyers side and she met the problem head on and worked constantly to provide solutions. In the end, we had to move before we closed, but we had full confidence in Emily to handle closing for us, and she did. I cannot recommend her enough if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
