I selected Emily as our Realtor based solely on her reviews and bio because I didn't know any Realtors in the NC mountains. Boy did I get lucky! Emily got in touch with us very quickly, and after getting some information on what we were looking for, immediately set up a group of listings for us to see. Since we lived over 5 hours away, she put in many long days showing listings so we could see as many as possible in a few days. Emily was so patient as we fine-tuned our desires by seeing nearly every property in our budget! As she got to know our preferences she added listings and could accurately predict when we wouldn't like something. She showed us so many great listings we almost had trouble narrowing it down, but with Emily's guidance we ended up with the perfect charming mountain cottage!
