Emily helped me purchase my first home and she was fantastic. It was really great working with her. She negotiated the purchase price down more than $20,000 below what I was willing to pay for the property. During the entire process I could tell that she was in full control and navigated through some of the frustrations we experienced with the sellers. I am a real estate attorney so I can recognize a good broker versus a bad one. And Emily is one of the best.
