ZillowVERIFIED Emily was a phenomenal realtor to work with. I first contacted her about a year ago to discuss what exactly it was that I was looking for in a house. During this discussion, she both respected my ideas of what I thought I wanted in a house, and also respectfully suggested things that she thought might better suit what I thought I was looking for due to my inexperience with houses. I wasn't in a huge rush to find a house, so I was very focused on finding the house that met all of the things I wanted. It was because of this that I took almost a year to find the house I would eventually close on; however, throughout that entire time Emily was very patient and helpful. She would send me links to every house on the market that met my criteria, and any new houses that became available. Also, anytime that I wanted to see any house that she sent me or any that I found on my own, she was Johnny on the spot with setting up an appointment that fit my schedule to see that house. Once she had helped me find the house I wanted she continued to guide and help me through the purchasing process. I had never bought a house before, so I found the help she gave me very calming during a hectic and stressful process. She was a huge help by being a point of contact between myself and the bank, title company, and the seller. I would reccomend Emily to anyone buying or selling a house.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were living in California, looking to buy in Arkansas. By chance, she happened to be the agent, who responded to an inquiry, on a particular home listing. Initially, she was very friendly and even found a realtor to help sell our house. It was a few months before our house was ready to put on the market, but I never felt abandoned by her. I swear, any small or silly question I had, she knew the answer, or found out for me in a timely manner. Once our house sold, and we were finally in Arkansas, she was totally prepared for finding our new home. We had stayed in constant contact. She'd call just to see how we were doing. She had set up appointments for all of the houses, we wanted to look at. Well over fifteen. She just has such a lovely joy about her. It never wavered, and neither did she. She truly enjoys her work, and it bubbles from her. Well, we had looked at several places, with little excitement, on my part. It had been a long day, and she says that she'd called the seller's of this one house, that I honestly had been watching on Zillow, for over a year. She knew how much I liked this place, and was genuinely as excited, to show it, as we were to see it. I'll never forget the drive over. The sellers were lovely people, and after chatting for a few outside we got to go in! I walked in, and Emily asked, " So, is it as good as you'd imagined?" As I turned, with tears in my eyes, I said, "Even better!" Needless to say we are now the proud owners of that dream house! She's been such a caring, considerate , hard working friend. I will always recommend her! I've had agents, who have left a VERY bad taste in my mouth, with their unprofessional antics. Emily, erased all that. She won't let you down. She works diligently for you and your dreams. Honest to a fault, which is very refreshing! So as for me and my husband, we are so happy she came into our lives.
