He's not going to lie to your questions but that is it. If you don't know what to ask, you won't get anything from him. Not recommended for a family who doesn't have home buying experience. Only after purchasing the house did I realize what I had not know to ask that he failed to inform me of. His main purpose was to do the closing and get paid. If you are a first home buyer, I would NOT recommend him as a reliable real estate agent.

My listing agent and my buyers were unscrupulous, unethical and caused nothing but problems. As a result of the issues on the sell side, my purchase was undoubtedly affected (e.g. P&Ss falling through, last minute showings and offers, and eventually my buyer refusing to show at the closing table thus pushing my purchase out at the last minute). Despite all of this, Jacqueline remained positive, diligent, proactive and always available. She was a wonderful, knowledgeable resource who I knew I could rely on and trust.While I worked directly with Jacqueline, Emilio was never far away. He remained involved, updated and made sure he followed up and checked on my transactions every step of the way; continuing to offer advice, guidance and sometimes just simple encouraging words. More important than the professional aspects mentioned above is the genuine kindness they exhibited. When my buyers refused to show up at the closing, I was left with an empty house, furniture in U-Hauls and the stress of figuring out where I was going to sleep until the nightmare ended. While Jacequline wasnt directly involved in the sale, she made a point to reach out and make sure that I was okay and had a place to stay while it got worked out; something my selling agent didnt bother to do.I could go on for hours about my gratitude towards Emilio, Jacqueline and their whole team (I'm sure there were more people involved on their side than I will even know), but I feel as though the point has been made. We had our hearts set on a house that was one misstep after another. ZillowVERIFIED After eight months of trying to purchase a home with another broker and losing 6 homes to bidding wars, even though I was the first offer on 5 of the 6 homes that I offered on, I was quite frustrated and about to give up trying to find a home, when I came across a house that was just re-listed and phoned the selling broker who happened to be Emilo Dispirito. Emilio was kind enough to say he was showing the house within an hour and if I could meet him in an hour and half he would be happy to show me the house. I met Emilio at that time, he took his time in showing me the house and also mentioned that he had a house for sale down the street that also just came on the market. If i would be interested in seeing this house he would be happy to show it to me at that time. We went to the other house and I feel in love with it. Emilio stated that there was going to be an open house within a few days. I did not want to lose another house ,that I felt was perfect for me, and so I asked Emilio if he would be my broker, event though he was the selling broker on this deal. He agreed, I put an offer in, it was accepted, and within three hours of my initial phone call to Emilio, I had an accepted offer on a house and Emilio pulled it from having an open house. There was no bidding war, Emilio was open and upfront. He was not like many of the brokers that I had dealt with over the past 8 months. He truly cared about his clients and assisting them in purchasing their dream home. Throughout the whole process from the day the offer was accepted up until we closed, Emilio was a class act. He truly cares about his clients. He is very honest, open, and works very hard to see to it that purchasing and/or selling a home is a pleasant experience and not an ordeal. Representing both the sellers and the buyers, Emilio truly had both our best interests in mind and honestly represented both of us very professionally and with the utmost integrity. ZillowVERIFIED After eight months of trying to purchase a home with another broker and losing 6 homes to bidding wars, even though I was the first offer on 5 of the 6 homes that I offered on, I was quite frustrated and about to give up trying to find a home, when I came across a house that was just re-listed and phoned the selling broker who happened to be Emilo Dispirito. Emilio was kind enough to say he was showing the house within an hour and if I could meet him in an hour and half he would be happy to show me the house. I met Emilio at that time, he took his time in showing me the house and also mentioned that he had a house for sale down the street that also just came on the market. If i would be interested in seeing this house he would be happy to show it to me at that time. We went to the other house and I feel in love with it. Emilio stated that there was going to be an open house within a few days. I did not want to lose another house ,that I felt was perfect for me, and so I asked Emilio if he would be my broker, event though he was the selling broker on this deal. He agreed, I put an offer in, it was accepted, and within three hours of my initial phone call to Emilio, I had an accepted offer on a house and Emilio pulled it from having an open house. There was no bidding war, Emilio was open and upfront. He was not like many of the brokers that I had dealt with over the past 8 months. He truly cared about his clients and assisting them in purchasing their dream home. Throughout the whole process from the day the offer was accepted up until we closed, Emilio was a class act. He truly cares about his clients. He is very honest, open, and works very hard to see to it that purchasing and/or selling a home is a pleasant experience and not an ordeal. Representing both the sellers and the buyers, Emilio truly had both our best interests in mind and honestly represented both of us very professionally and with the utmost integrity. I would highly recommend anyone to hire Emilio DiSpirito to be their real estate broker whether you are selling or buying a house, for he will have your best interest in mind. He is very knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry. He is a master when it come to the process, he is an excellent negotiator, and no matter the time of day or night he is always reachable. If for some reason, however, he can't answer his phone he will text you when he will be able to speak with you and he will respond within an hour if he is in the middle of working with another client.

We had our home listed with 4 agents for the past 3 years and consulted with nearly a dozen of highly recommended agents in the area.
