Emil was highly recommended by our son and daughter in law whom Emil helped purchase a home a few years ago in the Tampa area. Emil and his team guided us through the entire process in the most courteous, professional, and efficient manner possible. Since we live out of the state, everything had to be done remotely. Emil facilitated everything smoothly including the walk-throughs, coordinating required inspections, necessary repairs, insurance, condo association requirements, utilities transfer, etc. all the way through the close. Emil gave us the personal, prompt attention we needed. Every single time I texted Emil about a property, he was right there with great research and options for viewing property. We saw every property we wanted to see and Emil ALWAYS did ample research on every property and showed up with printed information, comparables, and a pen & clipboard (it seems like a small thing, but really it is HUGE). We put in multiple offers before we found our forever home, and through it all, Emil never let us get discouraged. When it came time to move forward with our forever home, Emil helped us secure inspectors, insurance brokers, etc. Emil worked hand in hand with our mortgage broker (someone he previously did not know) and with the title company chosen by the seller. Emil kept us on track and sent us little reminders during that SUPER STRESSFUL time between accepted offer and closing. Emil was there at closing and even followed up afterward to make sure we had everything we needed.Trust me when I tell you, my hubby and I are needy clients and made a lot of demands on Emil and on Emils time. We were expecting a baby and lived in Virginia while house hunting, which would have been an extremely stressful experience if we didn't have Emil to coach and guide us. Emils goal is not to make a sale but to ensure that you find a home. He started by getting to know us and our situation to best advocate and represent our desires and interests while searching for a home. We visited the area once in person, and Emil did a great job of maximizing our time there by helping us find the neighborhood that best fit our wants and needs and helping us determine exactly what we wanted in a home. After our visit, our ability to travel was limited and we had to rely on Emil to video chat us during walkthroughs of houses, and the eventual inspection of the home that we are purchasing. Emil reviewed all the details in the homes to ensure that everything, good or bad, was brought to our attention. ZillowVERIFIED Following a couple stays in Pinellas County, we decided early 2016 to buy a house for our holiday and our retirement. After months of fruitless search we were connected with Emil Veltre of Keller Williams Gulfside Realty, and it changed our research.Emil quickly connected us to his search engine and had our local contact visit homes that met our criteria of location, size and price. As soon as we spotted what would become our future home, Emil was very present and very active to convert the dream into reality. He took the lead in drafting our offer, to negotiate with the seller and arrange or advise us in all the steps that we had to perform. All transactions, from the submission of our offer, the inspections and the final closure happened within one month. Even when he had to authenticate our signatures in France for a final document in English, Emil found the solution to have it done by a French notary (to remember for French buyers and it's free).
