ZillowVERIFIED Why can't there be 1000 stars??!! Well, that's how I feel about working with Emiel in purchasing my first home in January 2024. Talk about starting off the New Year!! From the first time that we spoke on the phone, I knew that I wanted Emiel as my real estate agent. Emiel helped me find the right lender and walked me through the whole labyrinth of purchasing the right home for me. He is very knowledgeable and answed my 50 million questions as well as what to look at during home tours. Emiel shared his experiences and always let me to ultimately decide the best course of action. What really impressed me about him was that he didn't see me as a commission and helped me manage my expectations (I had given him a list of 50 homes that I wanted to see ??) Intuitively, Emiel knew when a home wasn't the one for me. We would just look at each other and just knew! Emiel is very responsive!! He answered my call on Thanksgiving because I had mixed up the days to tour a home and was waiting for him to show up ?? Emiel made the whole process go smoothly and I enjoyed working with him so much so that I adopted him as my Nephew!! He will always be invited to the cook-out!!

He was patient as we drive back in fourth to look at homes over several months and cautioned me about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Emiel was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. ZillowVERIFIED In 2019, I started looking into home ownership. I had a few references from friends but after a couple meetings with some of them, I felt disappointed because I felt as if these real agents wanted to move faster than I wanted to move. I had many questions and all they wanted was to run my credit before anything else. Then late 2019 I stumbled upon a video from Emiel on Facebook that explained how down payment works. I was immediately intrigued because all real estate agents I met before just wanted to onvoard me and weren't answering too many of my questions, yet this guy was explaining in detail and from beginning to end he didn't mention running my credit. So I immediately PM him and we started talking. I felt very conformable with him because he patiently answered all my questions and with no pressure told me that whenever I was ready for next steps to let him know. Right then and there I realized this guy is different. This is someone I can work with... I had a lot of questions and wasn't sure if I could qualify and how the whole process works, but Emiel patiently guided me through it. He never asked me to sign an exclusivity agreement or anything. He helped me without me having to commit to work with him. So I gave him and myself the chance to work together. I spoke with him and went to the bank and got a pre-approval letter, then we started looking. Eventually we found a house that worked for me and my family. Throughout the search Emiel was very helpful helping me figure out what to look for when doing walk-throughs. After 2 years, I'm very happy with his assistance and we are friends to this date. This is someone that truly has your interests at heart and he is out to help people. I would recommend Emiel to any first time homebuyer because I was lucky enough to meet and work with him. I have have heard so many horror stories but mine was perfect. Good luck in your search.
