ZillowVERIFIED Emerald is an awesome realtor. She knows the local area well, and goes way above and beyond what most realtors did for me in the past. We moved from out of state and she voluntarily provided me me contacts for the job market, worked with our lender to ensure home inspections and inspector had access to the property, and always had a happy, upbeat and professional attitude. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone

ZillowVERIFIED Miss Burton, I do my research before I hire, 1) she's a local and dad flipped Houses and did Very well Her brother also in field. But two different people. But will use each others strength. She grew up in region southern Oregon. Knows area very well. Market too. Long term.. with her local knowledge comes connections. You can't buy. And she goes beyond her duty. I'm picky and she worked with me for good 8 months always met me at any property I choose. Or she found. Ended buying one she found. I can't stress enough if looking in this area (Southern Oregon) you can't find a better agent don't let her Young looks fool you. She's not the lion I think could be. But dam close or a Lion by now. Let her and local connections help find the property you'll love. Not many realtors I like. But she's one them. Real and hard working. And a sister! Keep in house I do too ?? Trust me she's the Best realtor for area and good heart. Promise you she will make you happy. Back in the Day. Lol call her a go getter! God bless

She was always just a text or phone call away and happy to answer any questions we had. She made the process stress-free. I can't recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Emerald is a realty rockstar! She worked me in the same day when I was in the area for a job interview and showed me like six homes. Unfortunately I didn't land the job, but if I there's nobody else I would have worked with to find a home for my family and me.

ZillowVERIFIED Emerald made our first home buying experience stress free, easy, and so incredible. Buying our first home was this scary necessary step that we had no idea how to tackle. Emerald took care of all the work behind the curtain and let us focus on the fun stuff and picking our home out. Her being local, she had a number of people to call with help on inspections, roof estimates, or even people with knowledge and advice. The people she surrounds herself with made picking the correct home so easy. Above all of that, she was always available to show a house for us, receive a call, or set an appt. I never felt like I was wasting her time or being a burden. We narrowed it down to 2 houses and she got to work for us! We were able to move in a month earlier than we thought, and it was all due to her incredible work ethic. Highly recommend.
